In this report, with researcher Madeleine Teahan, Dr. David Jeffrey examines the official reports published by the Oregon Public Health Division on the working of that State’s physician-assisted suicide law between 1998 and 2009. Dr Jeffrey was awarded a Winston Churchill Fellowship in 2006 to study the experience of legalised physician-assisted suicide in Oregon and Washington States.
