Official report on the implementation of physician-assisted suicide in Washington State in 2010

Washington’s Death with Dignity Act (DWDA), enacted in 2008, allows doctors to supply lethal drugs to terminally ill and mentally capable patients who request them for purposes of suicide. The DWDA requires the Washington Department of Health to collect information on the operation of the Act and to issue annual reports.
