Peer makes new bid to change law on assisted dying.

An article in The Times announces that a Private Member’s Bill will be tabled this summer in the House of Lords. According to The Times, the bill, which will be tabled by Lord Falconer of Thoroton, will permit terminally ill patients with less than a year to live ‘to seek the help of friends or family to die without leaving them open to prosecution’.
