In a debate in the House of Lords on 12 December 2013, Lord Dubs asks the House to “take note of the case for patient choice at the end of life”.

During the course of the debate, Peers also discussed proposals, currently in the form of Lord Falconer’s Private Member’s Bill, to legalise physician-assisted suicide.
