Living and Dying Well’s submission in response to the Assisted Suicide (Scotland) Bill.

The Assisted Suicide (Scotland) Bill which was presented to the Scottish Parliament by the late Margo MacDonald MSP is to be considered in the first instance by the Parliament’s Health and Sport Committee.  The Committee issued a Call for Written Evidence on 13 March 2014 and Living and Dying Well has responded to that.  A copy of our Memorandum of Written Evidence can be found here.
